Rental Application

If you would like to apply for one of our properties, please read carefully:

• Please do not send us an application before you see the property.
   
• We do a credit check on every tenant. We use a company called "Tenant Screening Now" to perform the credit checks. 
   
• Please fill out the forms below completely and send them to us. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
   
• If you have been evicted before, we need to know. It does not automatically disqualify you.
   
• Don't lie on our application. We do a thorough background check, and we will find out anyway.
   
• We never accept dishonest tenants.
   
• Our properties are not approved for section 8.
   
• We will only process one application at a time to not waste your money. We do not make money on applications. 
   
• Of course, we keep your information confidential.

Please do not forget to print out and sign the forms. We cannot process forms without a signature. We can not accept electronic signatures.
