All applications are processed without regard to the race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familiar status or national origin of the applicant.

If you are interested in applying for one of our rental properties, please review the information below carefully before submitting your application.
Important Requirements
- Please view the property in person before submitting an application.
- All applicants are subject to a thorough credit, criminal, eviction, and background check.
- Complete all forms in full. Every field must be filled out. Applications with incomplete information will not be processed.
- If you have had a prior eviction or any arrests, you must disclose them. An eviction or arrest does not automatically result in rejection, but failure to disclose it will.
- Do not provide false information. All data is verified. Any inaccurate information will result in automatic rejection.
- Our properties are not yet approved for Section 8 housing.
- We process only one application at a time per property.
- All personal information is kept strictly confidential.
